Chelsea – With their passion about great food & service already evident from their Pelham and Cahaba Heights locations, a new Waldo’s Chicken & Beer location is set to open in the city of Chelsea this fall.
Operating Partner and longtime Chelsea resident Casey Atherton says that he and the team are excited to be bringing a new location to Chelsea’s Valley Post. The chain was founded by Homewood native Mark Waldo in 2019 and is known for its rotisserie chicken, hand-breaded tenders, scratch-made sides and sauces, as well as a wide selection of beer and cocktails.
If you like fresh; this is your place. Waldo’s don’t even have freezers in their restaurants. It’s a labor of love with real, scratch-made food, fresh every day.
