Talladega County – In the early morning hours of Tuesday, May 19th, the Talladega County Sheriff’s Department made three arrests, charging each suspect with Possession With Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance, among others charges. The suspects and their charges are as follows:
60-year-old Steven Fitzgerald Wilson was arrested with Possession With Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance; Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; and 12 counts of Failure to Appear – Negotiating a Worthless instrument.
39-year-old Terracis Yokiea Averiett was charged with Possession With Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance; and Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree.
55-year-old Samuel Dates was charged with Possession With Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance; Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree; and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
