Sylacauga – With the May 19th Primary quickly approaching, the Talladega County Republican Party (DEGAGOP) has called it’s final meeting before Election Day, inviting their general membership, supporters, voters, candidates, and interested citizens to attend.
The gathering is scheduled for Tuesday, April 28th from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Acme Sandwich Shop located at 108 N, Broadway Ave. in Sylacauga. Candidates from federal, state, and local races are scheduled to be there, offering a valuable opportunity to meet them and hear directly from those who will be on the ballot in the upcoming May 19th Primary Election.
The agenda will include a review and discussion of the slate of qualified candidates; updates ahead of the Primary Election, and a Runoff Election (if needed) on June 16th; a discussion of voter engagement and party preparation, as well as to ensure members are informed heading into this important election.
