Opelika & Auburn – A early Friday morning police chase began in Opelika, traveled through Auburn, and ended back in Opelika resulted in two arrests.
According to Opelika Police, the chase began around 1:30 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 23rd in Opelika. The chase continued through downtown Auburn before ending near the intersection of 30th Street and Cunningham Drive in Opelika.
The two men involved were 19-year-old Keldrick Fields and 24-year-old Guisepi Piccola. Fields was charged with felony Attempting to Elude a Police Officer and 2nd Degree Possession of Marijuana.
