Goodwater – Seven people – four women & three men – were arrested Tuesday (9/15) on various drug charges during a series of drug busts in Goodwater.
The accused are charged with offenses ranging from Possession of Methamphetamine; Possession of Prescription Drugs; Possession of Dangerous Drugs; Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Chemical Endangerment of a Child; and Faiure to Appear/Comply/Pay.
Arrested and charged by the Coosa County Sheriff’s Department were: Stormie Nichole Thornton, Samantha Maggie Pitt-Sly, Christopher Lee Mulkey, Tonya Faye Brown; Chandler Grady Sly, Lonnie Eral Grogan, and Barbara Suzanne Butler.
