Springville – During their Monday, July 6th meeting, the Springville city council has imposed a one-year moratorium as the city planning and zoning commission develops more thorough planning and zoning regulations for similar projects in the future.
City officials say the move is proactive and unrelated to any current proposals, but it does come following voiced concerns from the community about whether future development at Commerce Park might include a data center.
