Talladega County – The Talladega County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating a stolen 1996 Nissan pickup truck taken during the early morning hours of Thursday, May 21st.
The maroon-colored pickup was stolen from a location near the Coosa County line along Hwy 21 South. The Sheriff’s Department reports distinguishing features of the truck – white-letter tires on the front and black wall tires on the rear, as well as damage to the passenger-side front fender, with a tag number of 61AB34T.
The sheriff’s office urged residents to be on the lookout for the vehicle but warned the public not to approach it if spotted. Instead, anyone who sees the pickup is asked to call 911 immediately and report its location.
