Calera – ALEA officials say that a Shelby County man has died after being thrown from a vehicle during a car crash in Shelby County.
The victim was identified as 31-year-old Zachary A. Fogle, of Calera, who was killed after the vehicle in which he was a passenger in left Alabama 119 one mile north of Pelham, hit an embankment, and overturned.
According the ALEA officials, Fogle was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, was ejected, and pronounced dead at the scene.
