Auburn – The City of Auburn is notifying residents of a few temporary lane closures starting on Monday, August 10th. Those streets are expected to be impacted by resurfacing and installation projects.
The southbound lane of Toomer Street between West Glenn Avenue and Genelda Avenue will be temporarily closed from Monday, Aug. 10 to Friday, Aug. 14, due to curb and gutter installation.
Also, street resurfacing starting on Monday, Aug. 10 will impact the following streets::
- Asheton Lane from North College Street and Watercrest Drive
- North College Street from Pine Hills Avenue to Shrug Jordan Parkway
- North Dean Road from Drew Lane to East University Drive
- Stinson Court
- Stinson Drive
Resurfacing will be scheduled during the following hours to help keep school traffic disruptions to a minimum – 8 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. & 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
