Gary Himert hand delivered a public records request during the second special called weekend city council meeting in a row. Saturday night’s meetng stretched for hours Saturday night with the same arguments on display over money spent within the city.
Mayor Pro Tem Jonathan Ray again claimed that Mayor Matthew Tortorice is spending city funds without approval from council. Tortorice answered that the money spent is approved through the city’s budget.
And now, Himert wants to see records of communications of those involved.
