Opelika man arrested after several vehicle break-in incidents

Opelika – The Opelika Police Department has arrested a 21-year-old man, X’Zavious Bulger on several charges in connection with vehicle break-ins.

Officials said that the break-ins happened between January and March of the current year, on and along Covenant Drive and Jordan’s Gate Drive in Opelika. Bulger was charged with seven counts of unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle, one count of theft of property in the second degree, and four counts of theft of property in the third degree.
